Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein or any provision herein, amaana shall not, for the purpose of provision of services, be or act as a payment system, switch, repository of funds, deposit taker and/or operator of store value devices and as such shall comply with all the requirements of the PS & EFT Act 2007, or any other applicable law.
At all times, the funds, the transfer of funds and any account to account operation shall be at the behest of an authorized financial institution, who shall remain the repository of funds and the taker of deposits.
